SPR# JCHN5QKK77 - This fix prevents a crash when a names list is not properly
built when updating a note on the server. The NSD reports "PANIC: LookupHandle:
null handle from NSFDbSetAccess()". This problem has been fixed in 6.0.5, 6.5.3
